Review our Chihuahua care approach, current availability, pricing, transportation options, and contracts. We want you to know what we expect—and what you can expect from us.
We use an application-first approach because tiny dogs can have very different needs. The application gives us a chance to learn about your home, answer questions, and make sure everyone knows what to expect.
Based in Johnson City, Tennessee, we work with local and out-of-area families. We look at the puppy's developing temperament and care needs alongside your household routine, experience, other animals, children, work schedule, travel, and what you want in a companion.

The application covers your household, pets, veterinary plan, schedule, puppy preferences, and any special care considerations. It is detailed because those details matter later.
There is no secret scoring system. We are looking for a stable home, realistic expectations, appropriate veterinary access, and a routine that matches the needs of the puppy being considered.
We talk through energy level, confidence, handling, social development, size trajectory, feeding needs, and readiness. A quiet household may need a different puppy than a busy home with children or larger dogs.
Before placement, we review the written deposit terms, Bill of Sale, health guarantee, registration terms, care expectations, and pickup or transportation plan.
Families receive puppy-specific care and health records and are expected to establish prompt veterinary care. Very small puppies may stay with us beyond the minimum go-home age when they need more time.
Adults and children in the home, other animals, daily schedule, supervision, travel, and safe spaces for a very small dog.
Appetite, growth, confidence, social behavior, independence, handling tolerance, energy, and any puppy-specific care needs.
Written terms, puppy-specific records, care guidance, and a direct explanation of the next steps before the puppy changes homes.
