OUR HEALTH COMMITMENT

The guarantee is a written part of the placement.

The puppy-specific Health Guarantee defines the covered period, qualifying conditions, veterinary documentation, exclusions, and available remedies. The signed agreement controls the individual placement.

01 / 72-HOUR EXAM

Your veterinarian establishes an independent baseline

The buyer must have the puppy examined by a licensed veterinarian within 72 hours after go-home and provide the records requested by the agreement if a health concern is identified.

02 / COVERED PERIOD

One-year congenital and hereditary protection

The written guarantee addresses qualifying serious congenital or hereditary conditions diagnosed within the stated one-year coverage period and supported by appropriate veterinary documentation.

03 / REVIEW

Serious diagnoses require clear veterinary evidence

We may request complete records, diagnostic results, and a second opinion or specialist review when the diagnosis, prognosis, or cause is uncertain.

04 / REMEDY

The signed guarantee explains the available resolution

Depending on the qualifying claim and the written agreement, the remedy may include a comparable replacement puppy, credit, or refund up to the puppy's purchase price. Routine outside veterinary expenses are not automatically reimbursed.

WHAT THIS IS NOT

A guarantee cannot cover every illness or event after placement.

Common parasites, environmental infections, accidents, trauma, missed meals, hypoglycemia caused by post-placement care, cosmetic traits, exact adult weight, and conditions caused by improper care are not treated as severe congenital or hereditary defects unless the signed agreement specifically says otherwise.

  1. Obtain appropriate veterinary care immediately.
  2. Notify us within the timeframe required by the agreement.
  3. Send the examination notes, diagnostics, and requested records.
  4. Allow reasonable review or specialist confirmation when required.
  5. We will apply the remedy stated in the signed guarantee if the claim qualifies.
